“ Stillness is where creativity and solutions to problems are found”
-Eckart Tolle
As the quote by Eckart Tolle unfolds a provoking thought on stillness and the meaning of presence, I hereby perceive the feel of bliss in its pure state. My experience on reading the book “ The power of now” made me envision the portrayal of my life from colourless to spread of hues. The condition of being trapped in the network of mind, is the greatest illness in budding anxiety and stress. The sound of mind reverberates a repeating chatter, that holds no purpose for it’s existence. It is a constant self talk and an image of false self created by the mind. The true self lies within the presence. It manifests the qualities of sacredness which further elevates to the divine experience.
Savouries of stillness:
To define stillness , it is the depth of what presence sense like. To attain the state of no- mindness is the strive for today’s millenials. The meaning for the term of no –mindness is that, working from true consciousness. Mind can never be eliminated. Mind is a wonderful servant than a master. The mind controls us through it’s voice but the goal is to slow down the mind and take possession towards it through our true selves. This occurs by the practice of meditation and the breathing techniques. The process involves not just calming down the mind, but also to filter the emotional triggers. The other means is by observing the voice in the head. Once we start to observe, the mind loses its power in identification towards the body. Presence then arrives with welcoming moments of awareness. The next method is by observing the breathe. Through this we regulate and calm down the emotional triggers in a stressful situation. As Eckart says, practicing presence helps to detach from pain body, it helps to get rid of past and future worries. Past and future, as he resonates are the two different projections of “now.” “Now” in this context is reffered to be the “presence.” Past is the former “ now” and the future is a self projected “ now.” In order to break the habit of addictive thinking is what the practice of these efforts exist. The depths of stillness and presence are beyond the worldly bounds. In the bottom of stillness, originates silence with intense peace. A consistent practice in these efforts paves a serene road towards enlightment.

Illuminating affairs:
An overwhelmed elation towards the learnings from Eckart , made me render the stillness of sky and clouds. Observing stuffs around, with mere concentration is also a means to practice presence. I do observe clouds and relish the beauty of the sky when they stand still. I derive calmness through the colour schemes. It cools down the vision and relaxes the tiresome mind. A longingness to share my experience and keenness for this journey made me pen down this baggage of enlighting treasuries.
